  2. Receive return instructions from us. We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions for shipping your product.

  3. Ship the item to the provided address. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same process as for refunds. Clearly indicate that you would like an exchange in your initial request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
